While spending the afternoon avoiding my statistics homework, I stumbled upon a challenge. I usually lose interest in challenges if they last longer than 30 seconds but this one caught my eye. 7 Day Butt Challenge from SkinnyMs.com – a set of 20 minute workouts to do over 7 days (they even include 1 day off!).
100 Prisoner Squats
30 Side Lunges – 15 reps each leg
30 Walking Lunges – 15 reps each leg…light weight dumbbells optional
50 Side-Lying Leg Lifts – 25 reps each leg…leg weights optional
I started this challenge last week and am on Day 5 (which they call Thursday). Yesterday was my day off and I couldn’t have welcomed it more. I was so sore from the first 3 workouts I wasn’t sure if I’d make it out of bed. While I’m not sure that I can see changes yet, today’s workout really wasn’t too bad (compared to the first 3 days). Maybe I’m getting stronger?
