Sorry to be missing a week! I’ve been busy with work, but ready to pack and prepare for a week off as we venture to Orlando next week. Here’s my bump update for the past couple weeks:
Total weight gain: 7.3 lbs. at Week 19
Maternity clothes? Yep! I can still get away with leggings and some days I can wear my regular jeans with the buttons undone, but for the most part, maternity jeans have been a life saver! I’m looking forward to wearing summer dresses in a few months.
Stretch marks? My hips are showing old stretch marks more and more, but I don’t see any new pink ones just yet.
Sleep: I’m still struggling with sleep. I’ve tried everything I can think of, but just can’t seem to find a comfortable position. Maybe I need a new bed?
Workouts: Had THE BEST yoga workshop this week. Jessa at Mama’hood Boulder led a 2 hour Prenatal Foundations workshop that discussed the Do’s and Don’ts of yoga while pregnant. I learned loads of important information!
Diet: I’m doing better with my healthy eating. Salads have started to look more appealing than before, so I’ve started making it a goal to eat one per day. It’s making a huge difference for my digestive health and energy levels.
Best moment this week: Going up to the mountains for some friend time!
Miss anything? AK had a big beer the other night and I found myself really wanting one as well. I’m not a beer drinker normally, but it just smelled so good!
Food cravings: Just that darn beer.
Anything making you queasy or sick? Still just getting motion sick easily.
Labor signs: Nope
Symptoms: Growing bigger every day! I feel like I’m ballooning.
Belly button in or out? In.
Wedding rings on or off: On.
Happy or moody most of the time: More moody than ever. I think it’s the lack of sleep.
Looking forward to: Babymoon next week!! We’re off to Disney World and I can’t wait to share the details. xo
