Growing up, every fall Mom would make Pumpkin Spice Muffins for breakfast. I loved them and can’t think about fall without craving some! I decided to mix up a batch to compliment a Sunday full of football and lounging.
The easiest way to make this snack, simply select a box of very moist cake mix in either Spice Cake or Carrot Cake. Instead of using oil, replace it with a can of pumpkin!
