A well balanced breakfast is so important for kicking your day off right. When you don’t have time to bake a delicious egg frittata or enjoy a cup of coffee while reading the paper (do people really do that still?), you can still be healthy with an on the go protein shake.
My personal favorite: Strawberry!
– 1 Scoop Jay Robb’s Vanilla Egg White Protein powder
– 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
– Almond Milk (about 1 cup)
– 1 cup ice cubes
– Water (this is optional – I use it mixed with the almond milk to save calories!)
